I am a creative professional who is not afraid of hard work or challenges. Strong social skills and a proactive attitude are at the core of my working style.
My colleagues have nicknamed me MacGyver, which describes my way of working well. I am a visionary problem solver with a goal to create positive impact for both people around me and the environment. I have gained extensive experience in industrial fashion design and garment manufacturing through work in India, Bangladesh, China, Turkey, Portugal, and Estonia. I am highly skilled in overseeing production processes, developing technical specifications and drawings, evaluating samples, ensuring quality standards, and creating patterns and prototypes. During my master studies in The Swedish School of Textiles I became more familiar with garment supply and value chains, brand creating and management, sustainability and social responsibility. The last nine years at Pure Waste have enabled me to apply these principles in practice and further develop them through hands-on experience. As a Design Director, I have taken responsibility not only for products but also for people, serving as a supervisor and as a member of Pure Waste’s management team. In August 2025, I began Professional Teacher studies in the JAMK University of Applied Sciences. My goal is to graduate as a Professional teacher in the textile and clothing sector in the spring of 2026. |
